2 large green apples

A few pinches of mint (don’t add too much, or it’ll overpower the
other flavors)

Sounds freakin awesome! I hear that when your muscles are sore, Pineapple is a good recover food. Green apples boost metabolism. Mint is just dandy. How can you go wrong with this??
