I will not bash anyone - even though I really want to. But- positive vibes win

Here's how I see it. Former NFL player- not even a super good one and he kinda knows that- he got injured, got addicted to the painkillers, knew he had a problem and he asked people to help him. He embraced it and got himself help and made himself better. He re-evaluated his life and said "what can I be if I can't be a football player"? He decided to start an elite athlete training gym. Pretty cool. He found a way to exist without drugs, without football, and made something of himself.
And then one day he sees someone way down in the pits of despair. He finds out the guy is an army veteran, he's addicted to drugs because they stopped giving him the painkillers, and he sleeps with a gun - just in case.
That's when something miraculous happens.... the ex NFL player with the successful after career offered to help. He payed it forward.
His business plan went from elite athlete training to injured veterans and disabled athletes.
There are some people out there who talk a lot. They talk about injustice, they talk about "what a shame ________", talk about all this stuff that needs to change. And they never DO anything. there's a lot of non-doers out there. They take the easy route. Sometimes, minding your own business or saying "not my problem" is the easy route. And you go about your day, but do you ever look back and say I SHOULD HAVE helped? I SHOULD HAVE done something?
Do you have the ability to do something? The ability to help others? The means to facilitate this idea? Do you have the balls to take action? Do you want to do something but don't know what, and need to partner up with someone with a real vision? DO YOU WANT TO SEE A CHANGE IN THE WORLD WHILE YOU'RE STILL IN IT?
