What I learned today... (maybe why I'm not a morning person..?)

The Problem Is Most People Are Reactive First Thing In The Morning When the alarm goes off, they’re already hitting the snooze button and beginning the day in a REACTIVE STATE. They then have to rush to get ready, flood themselves with stress and anxiety thinking about all the things they have to do that day. Or they feel so tired and exhausted that after their 8 hours of sleep that they need to have their coffee just to give themselves a boost of energy...  And Sure Enough,  They Repeat The Same Pattern  Day After Day... Repeating The Same Reactive Morning Ritual.

"Suicide is ________" (Selfish, cowardly, a 'cop-out', a "Last Resort"?)

This is a serious topic of discussion on 'the right'. Not even the far right... the center right. The " 68 % conservatives", the "Centrists", the "Young Outsiders", and the "Somewhat Liberals".  I don't know what the spectrum is for "political or world views" but I'd have to say I hang to the right and the conservative. A new study published in the 'International Journal of Fashion Design, Technology, and Education' reveals that the average size of an American woman is now between a 16 to 18, which is an increase from 10-year-old data that indicated most women in the U.S. were a size 14. "One Step Closer" was my go-to song during hard times in high school.   My Meteora and Hybrid Theory CDs were practically smooth from being overplayed, the music just flowed from track to track.  I was allowed to listen to this music because it had no parental advisory, and I clung to it.  I knew every word of every song.  I would listen to it while I cried myself to sleep.   I would listen to it while I screamed myself into submission.  I would listen to it AFTER I'd cut myself and was embarrassed and angry at myself for stooping that low.  I should have known that someone who was writing songs that directly related to my fucked up life was writing from experience.  I used this music to decompress, to lift myself up, to blow off steam.
